Today I received this gem in my mailbox:

Subject: RE: Scuzzi Ready

Felix, I don't have access to create a use on Scuzzi Sql.

You would think that this might be some database permissions problem, but it turns out the user kept making the same typo in the instance name when trying to connect to the server. Couldn't have guessed from the excellent error description...
